Requirements:

1. Fleet controller required with minimum 3 years of industry experience.
2. Excellent presentation, communication, customer service and time management skills.
3. Good understanding of transport and wharf operations.
4. Sound geographical knowledge of Melbourne metro areas.
5. Working as part of a small team, you will be responsible for the coordination and route management of our fleet of trucks.
6. Must possess an ability to work under pressure, both independently and as a part of a team.
7. Good presentation, time management and customer service skills are vital as this role involves liaising with the wharf, customers and drivers.
8. Ability to meet deadlines, while maintaining an eye for detail is imperative.
9. Some experience in fleet control would be favorable but experience in, and an understanding of, the industry is a MUST.
10.  Experience with transport administration systems such as Cargowise, Container Chain and 1-Stop would also be advantageous.
11.  This position is full time onsite at our Brooklyn yard as the role involves managing drivers and the yard.
